What Do We Do Versus What Do You Do?
You bring your vision, your unique brilliance and your clients, we bring the specialists to help you bring your retreat to life and make it happen.
We are not a coaching program. This is not a course. We are a consultancy because we do so much of the work FOR you. Having said that, this is your business and you still have to run it and bring in your clients. If you simply want to show up and have the retreat run for you, this is not the place for you. Clients work with us so they can shine on the retreat and closely work with their favourite clients to give them next level results.
What happens after 3 Months?
Our Business Operation Services require a 3 month minimum so that we can get into a good flow. Nothing will happen overnight but you will see change in the first 90 days we work together. From there, we assess what's right for you and go from there with a quarterly retainer.
What Is The Cost/Investment?
This is an investment. A business expense.
Our business operation services are a cost of doing business. Investing in what you need is paramount. Having a team around you to take care of things while you're in your genius is priceless.
How Much Time Will It Take Per Day?
How much time to you spend on your business currently per day? This isn't a program where you have to set aside time to learn the how - that's what we're here to do.
Linking arms with us means that you get to still run your business and you get to lean on us to help you bring your retreat to life profitably and compliantly.
What Happens If I'm Not On Track Within The First 3 Months?
We won't let you get to that point. We only work with high ticket coaches, consultants and business owners who have a strong client base already. We are very selective about who we take on and we want to create an environment where you can achieve next level success without taking on extra work or extra staff.
What Niches And Industries Do You Work With?
LCR Consultancy works with high ticket coaches, consultants and business owners who serve other companies/businesses or who sell b2c high ticket offers (for example, Dr S sells a functional medicine program for $10K+)
