Natalia is known for her passion for wellness, as well as her business acumen, holistic approach and genuine nature. She has an MBA and is an accredited member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and the International Association of Wellness Professionals. Natalia’s love for retreats, travel and business makes it easy for retreat leaders and entrepreneurs to work with her in a consulting capacity.

After over a decade in wealth management, corporate strategy, and earning my MBA, CPA, and CMA, I had checked all the boxes. I had the title, the accolades, and the security, but not the soul.

What I didn’t have was space. Or vitality. Or joy. I lost the spark... It took a health crisis, and the courage to walk away, to begin again. I travelled the world in search of something deeper, immersing myself in wellness, retreats, and self-reclamation. It was through that journey that the foundation for LCR Consultancy was born.
